About the opportunity
#iWill Ambassadors are invited to take part in a Quantitative Research Training session taking place on Monday 23rd March, 5:00–6:30pm.
This training will be delivered by Dr Anastasia Christoforou (Research and Learning Manager) and Molly Dawson (Research Officer) from the UK Youth #iWill team. The session will introduce practical approaches to supporting research across the #iWill Movement, with a focus on facilitating interviews and focus groups with young people involved in social action.
Following the training, Ambassadors will have the opportunity to contribute to upcoming research activities across the Movement, including:
Joining the Evidence & Insights Collective – a small group bringing together young people and topic experts to share experiences, explore research findings, and help guide future research priorities.
Facilitating peer focus groups and interviews with fellow Ambassadors to better understand experiences of youth social action.
Supporting place-based deep dives, helping shape learning about how social action is experienced locally by co-facilitating interviews and focus groups with members of the research team.
This opportunity offers a chance to develop research, facilitation and leadership skills, while contributing to evidence that informs real decisions across the #iWill Movement. It may also support learning and experience relevant to studies, projects, and wider youth leadership roles.
